Matt is an experienced Operations Director with a strong track record of leading the pre-construction phase and setting projects up for successful delivery. Known for his collaborative leadership style and attention to detail, Matt oversees the preparation of approved construction information, aligns health, safety and quality targets with client requirements, and coordinates resources to meet site possession and programme demands.

Adam provides hands-on leadership across all stages of construction delivery, working closely with our Client’s site teams, and TCL’s project team including our workforce and subcontractors to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. Adam is actively involved in programme planning, problem-solving on site, cost control, and client coordination, while maintaining full responsibility for budgets, resources, and compliance. Adam leads by example to keep projects moving, teams aligned, and issues resolved quickly.

Josh is a dedicated commercial manager with deep expertise in the construction sector. His strong market knowledge, project management skills, and focus on profitability have played a vital role in securing contracts and achieving successful project outcomes.

Sharon is an experienced accounts manager and HR administrator, known for attention to detail and effective management of financial and HR processes. Her skills in record-keeping, payroll, and compliance, combined with strong interpersonal abilities, support a positive and efficient workplace.
